Hi ladies, I have a dilemma. I am trying to decide between two different veils and am completely stumped because I think they are both beautiful. My dress is very simple, all lace and I will be wearing a simple ribbon sash. I originally purchased a simple, raw edge cathedral length veil but after being at my venue again to Saturday decided that it wasn’t going to work because the area isn’t as spacious as I thought and I think I might get overwhelmed by such a long veil as I am very petite. The venue is a country club and the ceremony is overlooking the golf course and valley. I has a country club/winery feel. I’m going to switch out the veil and I LOVE mantilla veils. I tried one on last night and love how it wraps around your shoulders and drapes so nicely. I also love another veil that has lace edges and two tiers. Both are such completely different looks. With the traditional mantilla I would wear my hair down and with the two tiered veil I would wear my hair up. The bridesmaids dress are all long and the groomsmen and groom are all wearing classic black tuxes with a bowtie. What do you girls think, picture one or two? I’m leaning more toward the traditional mantilla, like in the first picture below but I want to make sure that it goes with the feel of the rest of the wedding. From what I described what do you think???
