So our venue FINALLY released the catering menu that we can pick from, but I’m stuck on the chicken and fish options! What sounds good to you? Our beef dish is NY Steak served with a baked potato.
Smoked Chicken Vol au Vent – puff pasty filled with smoked chicken, wild mushrooms, veloute and sliced almonds
Chicken Normandie – with grilled prawns, sautéed mushrooms and apples in a cider cream sauce
Grilled Salmon – with beluga lentils, creamed leeks and horseradish sauce
Roasted Mahi Mahi – with mango chutney, roast parsnips with ginger plum gastrique
