Have you considered making them yourself or buying a digital template from a designer (like through an Etsy seller) and then having them printed?

I designed mine and then had them printed through Vistaprint, but they also have templates. It wasn’t too expensive, I used a $17 for $70 Groupon, but you can also get a great deal by going through RetailMeNot.

I designed mine on MS Publisher (see if your work has it). I’m sure you can do the same using MS Word. Then I prined them  up at Kinko’s. I made the covers well before the ceremony. Used cream-pearly card stock, printed our info, punched the edge and glued a half page of pink card stock behind it, then used a single hole punch on the fold.

Then as we got closer, I printed the inside pages on nice cream paper, folded in half, then using the holes in the cover used a single hole punch on the fold. The threaded a ribbon through the holes.

I would buy a design off Etsy and have it printed. You should be able to do it for <$1 each.
