That’s a tough one. I am no expert on these either. Plus, I use a different app than this. It does seem possible that you did, but your temp increase was so gradual. It’s hard to tell. Did you track any other details (like CM?)

niko88 :  Based on your test and CM, I would say you did. Personally, I usually get a decent spike, but I don’t think that it’s required.

niko88 :  I use Fertility Friend to chart but it looks like you did O to me. I have had both gradual and more obvious temp increases so there is nothing wrong with that.

niko88 :  Yes, it looks like you have a clear temp shift. It only has to be 3 temps at least .10 of a degree higher than the last 6 to be a sustained temp shift. Combined with the CM and OPK, I think it’s safe to say you did O. Are the numbers st the bottom counting cycle days? If so you may want to start paying attending to the length of your luteal phase. It looks like you O on CD20 and then started your period on CD28, which is a pretty short LP.
