Whetheror not you use the beaded chargers, is a personal decision depending on what else you are using.

Computer settings vary, but those cloths look purple on my monitor.

If they are plum, and you really want purple, have you considered buying your linens? Often it is less expensive to buy than to rent. You can also recover some of the cost by selling them after the wedding. There is a downside to buying. You do have to iron them yourself and clean them after the wedding.

If you want to rent those cloths, you could incorporate plum and make your palette various shades of purple  and plum with grey.

@julies1949:  I think incorporating all (or some) shades of purple will work better and give you WAY less stress in the end. It’s almost impossible finding that one shade of purple everywhere so the best thing brides end up doing is mixing and matching.
