Donald Ray Jones III for your Fiance.

Donald Ray Jones Jr. for your Future In-Laws.

It’s a formal occasion, it’s okay to use real names.

I think this all comes down to how formal you want to be. My Fiance has the same first name as his father, but goes by a shortened version, and they have different middle names, so they aren’t Sr. and Jr.

    Hence we will do:

    Joe [Last Name]

    son of Joseph [Last Name]
