I have tried for hours to figure this out and can’t. I am trying to make a 5×7 card that looks like a newspaper template. Header up top, one column on left side, 1 column on right side divided up into 3 boxes. I don’t know WHY I can’t figure this out but I am 2 seconds from pitching my computer out of the window in frustration LOL. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Lots of text boxes 🙂
ETA – I much prefer Illustrator to Photoshop if you can get your hands on a copy. It’s a lot easier for text.

I third the text boxes. However, for something like this, personally I’d be most comfortable in InDesign, if you have access to that.

I’d have to say InDesign really IS better for this. Or even MS Publisher.
Otherwise, text boxes.
To get that, hold down the left mouse button and draw a box and then start typing. CTRL+T will allow you to enlarge/shrink the box as needed.
You can also align the layers by highlighting them then clicking on the black arrow on the toolbox then on the align buttons on the top toolbar.
good luck!!!!

This may sound crazy, but PowerPoint might even be pretty easy for this….
