Hello All. I’m new here and this is my first post.
So, our wedding isnt for another 18 months but have got most of the big stuff booked in now. We are throwing ideas about for centre pieces and room decor etc and originally were just going to stick to table numbers 1,2,3 and so on. Now, we have decided to change this and make it more personal to us but struggled with table names to suit our personality. Anyways – when we get married, we will have been together 7 years and we also will have 7 tables for guests (hurrah) so thinking of having each table as years. We would keep a similiar theme throughout regarding centrepieces but thinking each table would have something different in connection with that year.. ie – a key for the year we bought our first home.
I just wanted some opinions on the idea really. Is it too complicated or boring or do you think its a nice insight to us as a couple.
Thanks for reading

I think that is a cute idea! Just make sure it’s obvious in some way why you did what you did.

This is super cute! Do you mean like 2010, 2011, 2012 and so on? That works because they are still in a numerical order which makes it easy on guests. You could have the year printed and a picture of a key for example, and then a little blurb about what it means?

An interesting idea! You don’t have to limit yourselves to pictures. You could use Ikea Tolsby frames and use them without the plastic that subtitutes for glass. That way you can have three dimensional table numbers- similar to shadow boxes but not so deep. These ones have been embellished on the corners.

Yeah we think so. I tried to find ideas on the internet but couldn’t come across it anywhere but i love the fact it will be so persoanlised to us.
Thats a great idea about the frames and I love the picture you posted. Will have fun trying different ideas 🙂
