(Closed) Help with the word for this type of bodice? (picture)

I think this is called and unlined or sheer bodice.  Sometimes this style is also lined with nude fabric so that it’s not actually sheer, but creates that illusion.

CinnamonToBe:  It’s definetly an option to add a white lining to these sorts of dresses during your alterations.  May be your best bet.
