I am having trouble with choosing between two completely different dress options. The first is Maggie Sottero’s Joelle, is a lace A-line with lace mantilla veil in ivory over light gold. The second is a classic scoop neck satin Alfred Angelo 2379 in pearl. I think the satin is more flattering but the lace one is more what I picture myself getting married in. I am 5’2 and apple shaped. My friends and family are completely split 50/50 on the dresses. What do the bees think?

Love the second dress on you, very flattering. The first dress doesn’t really do anything for you.

I’m not typically a fan for ball gowns or satin, but that dress looks wonderful on you. It suits your figure perfectly and has a timeless, classic design.

The ballgown is gorgeous on you! Have you tried any ballgowns with lace? I love the fabric of the first and the shape of the 2nd.
