I’m trying to make cute map/direction cards using VistaPrint postcards. No problem with the front but the back is making me mental.
I delete all the text (we don’t need anything on the back) and approve it but it keeps holding me up with a “placeholder” error message. Something about me having to click on it. But there’s nothing there.
I did try uploading one of their images but I still get the message.
How do I get rid of it?
(I did read the help section of the VistaPrint tech area but his response isn’t helping me)

I think I had the same issue… mine had to do with the version of AI I was using when designing. If I would try to upload an AI file it wouldn’t work but the PDFs worked fine.
Either way – if you actually call vista print’s 1-800 customer service number they are SUPER helpful! I’ve called them multiple times and they’ve either walked me through fixing the issue OR in one case the person actually made the changes for me so I didn’t have to re-upload the design.
I used Vistaprint for all of my invites, Save-The-Date Cards and other printed materials for the wedding and I’m really happy with their service and the quality of the items!
Hope that helps and you get it figured out!

Thank you! I ended up going with a different postcard that gave me no error messages at all.
Man, that site is addictive! I’ve got to stop ordering stuff. But those darn envelope seals are so cute. . .. . . . . .
