Just went to a reception at the Heights Villa and I think that with many people, it would be tight.  There was significantly less, probably 150 and it was crowded.

I agree.  The Heights Villa would be really tight with that number of guests.  I’m also having 250-275 ppl at my wedding.  Bell Tower is gorgeous but expensive I’m sure.  I’m having my reception at Signature Manor.  🙂

The Heights Villa can accomodate up to 200 and it would already be tight with that.

I would suggest..

Signature Manor (my reception venue)

Villagio

Villa Ballrooms

Pelazzio

@kveloso:  I’m having 250 guest and we are strongly considering the grand ballroom at The Heights Villa. Do you think it would be tight in the grand ballroom?

@ddelyte08:  I think it’ll be ok!  You can always make the dance floor smaller to accomodate more people cause their dance floor is pretty much wherever there isn’t a table taking up space and its pretty huuuge! If you have young guests, you can also seat 10 per table rather than 8 to lessen the number of tables.
