- Wedding: June 2009
I need your help…..
My wedding is in June 2009. We are having a small wedding (about 55 guests). It will be at the beach for about 5 days. The last day will be the wedding. A few days before the wedding, we were going to have a bridal lunch for all the females and the males are going on an all day fising charter. The males letter is pretty simple to send out and it is understood that if you would like to join in the trip please call and make your reservation (each person pays for themselves)
Now, when it comes to the females it is a little difficult. Normally, I know that the bridal lunch is for a smaller group of women and an invitation is sent out. In this case there will be about 25 women. We want to let everyone know it is an open invitation to come to the lunch but how to I address the letter so it is clear if you join us it is you pay for your meal? I have to send something to to each female and my bridesmaids have reserved the restuarant. The pricing is very resonable but not resonable for me or my bridesmaids to front the bill for everyone. How would we address this in a letter. Instead of sending out the standard invitation.. who, what, when, where We were going to type up the information, send them a menu and then let them know a time and a place to meet at the hotel for transportation to and from the restuarant. We do need each person to RSVP so we can give the restuarant an idea for set up. Please help!!! It is also going to be no gifts please… we just want to to be a fun "girls day out" kind of thing
