you do not need to wear pink or white! wear whatever color you want! i have never heard of tis ‘rule’. Those dresses look gorgeous on you and they’re totally bachelorette appropriate!

Why do they want you to wear pink? Sometimes, friends will have themed the bachelorette party and there is a specific reason they want you to wear something specific. Ask the one most in charge if you can wear teal or if it really messes up their plans if you aren’t in pink or white.

I wore blue on mine.  I’ve never heard that a dress has to be a specific colour, unless there was a theme.  You rock that first dress, so I say go for it!

@MlleBrielle:  and @Cariad:  I don’t think it’s a rule.  They probably just have a theme in mind and they want her to be part of it.  I’m just guessing though.

    Definitely wear the green dress!

    Edit:

I guess you can ask why your BM’s want you to wear pink. They probably have some sort of plan. I was planning on wearing a blue dress for mine. But my BM’s are forcing me to wear jeans and a tee shirt they bought me… I’m a little terrified. lol

I’ve never heard that a bach party dress needs to be pink or white.  I wore black.

That said, I prefer the green one on you.

I really like the green dress, but just double check with them to make sure there isnt a specific reason they want you to get pink or white.

I wore a green dress to my bach party. My girls wanted me to wear either a white or black dress to go with their theme but since I couldn’t find one that I liked and we were going out on St. Patty’s day I wore a cute green dress I had.

Like PP have suggested… mention it to whoever is planning your bach party and hopefully it doesn’t mess up their plans too much. I love the teal dress on you.

Just be comfortable and wear something that makes you feel like a million bucks and you’ll be fine! Wedding and/or the typical girl party colors (pink black and white) are NOT required!

I say wear whatever dress you feel sexy in!! I wouldn’t be comforable wearing a white dress because I would, for sure, spill something on it! The pink is cute too but if you feel best in green, then wear green!

is it just me, or do the two dresses pretty much look the same just different colors?

I agree that they might want you to wear pink or white as part of a theme they have planned so I would go with the pink you already have. I honestly can’t tell a difference between the pink and green dress besides the color anyway.

The only reason I wore white was because I had previously purchased a short white sundress, thinking I was going to wear it for the wedding.  I was packing for my bachelorette and went ‘well I might as well use it’.  There are no rules, wear whatever you want! I almost wore a black sequined mini…
