Looks fine to me. No one is going to be judging your hemline.

It might just be the angle of the camera, but to me, it is too high, but it doesn’t look bad. Have you tried sitting in your gown to see how high it comes up?

EDIT: Are you wearing a crinoline under your gown? If you are wearing a crinoline or there it tulle holding your gown out, you may be able to just take out a layer and your gown might lay just perfectly.

It will look great! I’m wearing 2 different pairs of shoes for my wedding and one pair is a couple inches shorter then my 4 1?4 heels. I was worried that when I put the heels on the dress would be too short, but it’s not. It looks great because the tip of my shoes peak out when i walk and since I paid so much for my shoes I’m glad I get to show them off.

    Your hem looks perfect!!

@Okole Maluna: I think that once your gown relaxes you should be fine then, but I would still do a sit down test. I also think that your shoes will look nice peeking out from the bottom of your gown.

I don’t really think anyone will notice that half inch.

For me personally I want my shoes to show, hence why I got colored shoes. I may have the same issue but honestly won’t know til the dress gets here. The shoes I had when they did the hem to hollow was in my 2 inch heels I founds I like that are 3.5 inches now. I won’t know which ones I like better until the dress gets here.

In the 1st pic it does look like it is too short but that could just be the angle. Also if you really want 3.5 inch heels you can search sites like myglassslipper that allow you to search by heel height

No one is going to be looking at you from that angle (and if they get down on the floor like that, they’re creepy and why would you care what they think anyway?)

Go with the shoes you love, and maybe tell your photographer you are a little self-conscious about the hemline length so watch how it looks in the shots.

In the second pic the dress looks great! This is the angle your guests will see anyway. If someone lays down on the floor to see the height of your hemline they’ve got a problem, not you. Don’t worry about it and just get the shoes you love!

The second pic is the view your guests will have, and it’s totally not noticeable.  Even the first pic looks okay once I realized how zoomed in it was (didn’t realize it was a mermaid shape so I thought that was your waist).  The shoes look awesome, definitely go for it!  And now you have a little leeway if you decide to change into a lower pair when your feet start hurting.
