I’m considering using the Henkaa convertible dresses for my bridesmaids. I’ve received some swatches from them and love the colours. (I think I would even get one for myself for our honeymoon).
Part of the reason that I’m considering them is that I like the mismatched look, but with the same colour and length. Also, my bridesmaids are very different heights and shapes, and we would also have a junior bridesmaid.
Has anyone bought dresses from this company? For those of you who used or wore convertible dresses, did you like them, or were they annoying?

My brothers fianceé chose them for their upcoming wedding so I will be wearing one. I already have it. I do like it, and it is very comfortable.
The downsides: Our sales agent showed us the strapless styles and assured us the dress would stay in place, but even with the expert tying mine it did not stay up very long. Just standing in the store it was sliding down. I am pretty busty, so if it was falling off me it would fall off anyone. Also, the lighter colours are a little see-through. If you want to go with a lighter colour then I recommend having your girls in nude spanks.
Upside: They do look really nice on everyone, the different styles are really cool and the dresses are really comfortable. Also, they can be tossed in a bag with no worry of wrinkling.

I am in the same boat as you with completely different size and height bridesmaids and I had my mind set on a convertible dress pretty much right from the get go… My bridesmaids are also ona pretty tight budget so I had to do a lot of searching around for a decent price.
We actually ended up getting them from Etsy from shop: craftingsg
Incredibly priced ~40.00CDN plus shipping and I am totally impressed with the quality. Their reviews are fantastic and I woiuld recommend them to anyone and am even buying one myself!
My bridesmaid say they will probably need tiny bit if extra time to find the style they like and work on being abke to do it right but we ordered them early so as long as you have that time to play around with it they will be awesome. 🙂

I selected these same dresses for my bridal party off henkaa.com. I like them a lot. We are doing them in Burgundy wine color. i think they are an awesome choice.

It’s great to hear from people who have actually tried them on! I’m glad to hear that they are comfortable. I am considering the plum purple, so hopefully they won’t be see through. I will definitely pass on the info about the strapless styles.
I think I am 90% sure that I am going to go with the convertible dresses. I like that they travel well and can be washed! I was a bridesmaid last year and we had these chiffon dreses. I read the care instructions and it was “no machine washing, no dry cleaning, spot clean only.” I think it would be very unlikely that I will ever wear that dress again if I can’t clean it properly.
I know many of us say that we want a dress that our bridesmaids will wear again, but hopefully that will be true with these.
