To me I always picture like….almost slippery looking fabrics, like silk. Lol. And with very little coverage, mostly at the top, as long dresses can still be “slinky” I believe. hahah. I always thought it was a strange/vague descriptor as well.

Slinky = Sexy

 

I agree it is silky and clingy and not a lot of coverage.

@asscherlover:  So I burst out laughing, all I could picture was Jessica Rabbit in my wedding party walking down the aisle. But perfect description.

Jessica Rabbit is kind of the extreme of slinky, so the dress could be fine. Now you need to post a pic when she shows you. I’m insanely curious 🙂

This is what I picture:

Sort of form fitting and flowy. Simultaneously shapless and form fitting. I don’t necessarily equate it with sexy.
