I like this but it has to be done correctly I have seen it at two of the most recent weddings Ihave went to. the first one was fine, but the second the signs just looked like a craft project gone bad. If you arent craft savy just ask for help lol. But all in all its a cute idea and I loved it at the first wedding.

@organizedbride11: Were we at the same wedding?!? The old saying about duct tape fixing everything does not apply to wedding signage! Oh, ok, ANYTHING wedding related. 😉

@Fixin2BMrs.Awesome: Agreed!!! I think sometimes we get so tired of looking at all the wedding stuff and get so stressed out by the end you are just trying to get things done, and not using the same standards you were in the begining. At least thats what it feels like watching friends and family get married. lol

We are doing this for our wedding. We are having the “ring bearer & flower girl” actually carry the sign down the aisle. We are actually still working on it this week so I don’t have pictures yet. We bought 4 wooden hearts at Michael’s and the letters to spell out “Here Comes The Bride” we are painting the hearts an antique cream/brown and the letters orange with brown ribbon tying it all together for them to carry down.

I’m using the banner, but now that I’ve seen the wooden hearts, I’m wishing I hadn’t rushed to get this project done… that way I could still change my mind!!!

Similar to what Nola is doing… my niece is carrying a custom flag that says “Here Comes the Bride”. I purcahsed an oversized one, so it’s pretty large and amazing. Mine is dark purple ink and matching ribbon. Here is a pic of a little boy with a similar flag (Arent the suspenders and bow tie to DIE for? LOL):

I purchased from Jennifer at The Ritzy Rose on Etsy and she was AMAZING! (pic is from her shop as well!) I purchased three flags (Here Comes the Bride, (cup)cake cutting, and bouquet toss) My niece is going to be thrilled to have several “jobs” throughout our wedding day!

We made one for our wedding that was this past weekend.. I wasn’t big on the way the last heart looked but the kids were so cute it didn’t matter!
