I have had 4 interviews (2 each for 2 Executive Assisant positions) for a specific company. I wasn’t chosen for the jobs, and it left me kinda salty. My interviews went great all times, I don’t think there was much more I could do to improve.
Well, I was chosen AGAIN for another interview. Another Executive Assistant position in another department. I am not sure how I am going to feel if I don’t get chosen for a third time. I know they like me, they keep calling me back… but how do I get them to HIRE me.
I would love the position- increase in salary, well known company and corporate experience on my resume which I will need when my family moves to NYC. Thoughts?

This is tough. Are you interviewing with the same HR team each time, or with different people for each separate department/position? Have a trusted friend/family member give you some insight as to how an outsider might see you. Maybe there’s one small thing that you can tweak to really add that extra “oomph” to an already stellar interview (a little more eye contact? do your feet unknowingly twitch a little when you’re sitting in your chair? Do you use too many passive sentences like, “I feel I would be great for the job.” vs “I’m extremely qualified for this position.”) If they keep bringing you back to interview for similar positions, I would hope they like you enough to want to find the best fit for you in their company. Good luck!
