It does look very casual. Are you at least wearing heels? I love that green!

@peachacid:  I think different shoes, maybe pointed black heels, would be perfect.  you’d look straight out of the Zara catalog!

You look absolutely fine.  Cute even.  Don’t sweat it, and go have fun!

You look great! Glad you have an outfit that you feel good in 🙂

By The Way sometimes you can wear black and navy… like when they’re not touching. So black shoes would work but so would nude (and these are more lengthening). I also donlt know how close in color your navy dress and black jacket are. If they are not so close that it kinda… you know, looks like you tried to make them the same color but didn’t succeed, then you can actually wear black and navy even right next to each other. It’s just that “almost but didn’t quite make them match look” that the “no black and navy” idea is about.

Anyways you look great! Did you get a chance to show your friend?

I really like the dresses in the other thread – I don’t think you look like a school marm at all! I think this might be too casual. Sorry 🙁

geez the more I try to delete the blank space at the bottom of my previous post the worse it gets. I’m just gonna stop now before it gets even more ridiculous. Sorry, hopefully it only shows up like that on my screen and you have no idea what I’m talking about!
