Wow! I was a bit creeped out by all the eyes at first cause eyes actually scare me like in horror movies and stuff lol. I have green eyes with flecks of yellow inside them people say they look like cat eyes. I once had a lady say to me “I love your eyeballs” ummm ok LOL

I have weird eyes – my eye doctor always comments on them.  It’s like a goldish brown flower shape coming out into the green.  Just odd.  (Excuse my red, itchy, allergy-laden eyes… I’ve been rubbing them all day.  Stupid allergies.)

I still don’t know what those little shapes are – it looks like my eye is all raggedy and torn up inside! LOL

Ok so I work in an optometry clinic, and one of the doctors was experimenting taking pictures through a slit lamp (a magnification tool that lets an optometrist get a really lose look at your cornea), so he used my phone, and my eyeball. Apparently, there is an adaptor specifically designed to attach an iPhone to a slit lamp for this purpose. Science!

Anyway, here is my eyeball.

Mine are weird, lol. They’re navy around the iris, and then go from blue to green as they get closer to the pupil. They also turn more of a green colour depending on what I’m wearing.

I’m not entirely sure what color my eyes are. Depending on what I wear, they can look suuuper green, gray, and often, multi-colored. Who knows!

@brighteyedgirl:  I think ours are a bit similar but yours are prettier shade of bright blue in the middle part! 🙂

@BellaDee:  definitely a chance your kids could have light eyes. Even though your husband has brown eyes, the (dark allele) he also has a light allele from his mom which he could pass on to your child.

I wish my children will have light eyes and dark hair like me, but my husband has dark eyes going back and back and back generations so the chances are extreeeemely rare.
