Hi All New Here, I am a newly engaged 2nd time bride as well as a personal chef and caterer. I have a lot of questions as far as my future wedding/reception goes because my FH hasn’t ever been married before. We have not set a date yet so I thought since I will be asking LOTS of questions on this board in order to brush up on my planning skills (Haven’t planned a wedding since my last one in 1988) that I might could “GIVE” back in the way of answering any questions concerning party foods as well as any reception food questions you may have. I currently live in NC at the moment but I am planning on moving closer to my FH within the next few months’ who currently lives in TN near Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Area. THANKS THANKS THANKS for the Welcomes and Congrads. I am SO GLAD I found this site and the wonderful friendly people also. I am going to put up a wedding blog and website so everyone can keep track of what’s going on with us daily. Alot of brides the focus is on the dress with mine it’s on the FOOD….LOL
