Ok, heres my problem. I am in LOVE with two wedding dresses. Here are the links.
Dress number 1 (in white)
Dress number 2 (in ivory)
(Would have a bolero jacket like number one, it just isn’t included, I love the modesty feel a jacket has, and I like that if I get too warm I can take it off.)
I have tried both on in person and love the look of both on. My friends love them both also, but one told me the lace one had more of the “wow” factor for her. The sash is changable in color on both of the dresses.
My hair will be down and slightly curly. The size of dress will be a 12, if that helps any. I am 5’7″, brown eyes, brown hair, skin complexion like the girl in the first dress.
My wedding will be summer of next year, in August. It is a semi-formal wedding, with a garden theme. My flowers are white daisies with yellow centers, the bridesmaids will be wearing some sort of chiffon dress, tealength or short, in a pretty mid yellow (kind of banana like?). Colors are that yellow and latte brown with some pale greenery.
My flowers (with a brown ribbon though (If this helps any)
What do you ladies think? Please, opinions are needed!! 😀 I appreciate all input 🙂
Much thanks in advance!

They are both beautiful! Very similar in shape, and style. It’s hard to see the detail in the pictures though.
See if you can take pictures of yourself in each dress. Then go home, look at the pictures, sleep on it, wait a few days… The dress that you find yourself thinking about most, that’s your dress!
I also had it narrowed down to lace or organza. In the end, I chose organza! But it was a tough decision. You can’t go wrong.. both are gorgeous fabrics!

I personally like the detail in dress number 2 better, very pretty!

I don’t like the picture of the dress a ton, something about the blue seems off, but the lace is very lovely. The second dress seems a bit prom-y to me…

For a semi-formal garden-themed affair I say the lace one.

I love dress #2 as well – the overlay is so pretty!

I’m a dress 2 fan. I’m not a huge fan of color on a wedding dress and I think dress 2 looks more elegant anyway.

I vote #1! I dont like the seams in #2
And Welcome to WB!!

I think both dresses are pretty and either could work for spring so I’m voting for the lace because it looks more bridal to me where the second dress could be worn to something else if it wasn’t white.

I would go for gown number 2, and have a lace jacket made.

I really, really like them both. Which admittedly is not very helpful.

@HardyPooleParty: I would be getting the sash in White, I dont like color on a wedding dress either 🙂

@felishaann:Hum well that changes things up a bit for me then! I think I do like dress 1. It feels a bit more bridaly to me, versus a nice white dress. I hope you know what I mean.

I really like dress 2. I think it looks more “bridal” and “wedding dress” than 1. 1 to me really just looks more like an “afternoon tea” dress than a wedding dress.
I also love the embroidery on 2. Looks like climbing vines or something else romantic/natural.
