I think your sleeve is adorable. If I were you, I’d show it with pride and maybe even make my bouquet inspired by it!

I’m all for letting your sleeve show! It’s beautiful! But if you really want to cover it, there’s nothing wrong with that either. I’m wearing a cardigan with my pretty formal wedding dress. I do have a shoulder-arm tattoo but that’s not why I chose the cardigan. But just a suggestion in case you’re having trouble finding a material that will cover it fully. It’s a somewhat trendy look and I actually love it with my dress. I wanted to cover my arms but also make my dress have a bit more of a casual feel because of my groom’s attire.

I love your sleeve and would definitely show it off, but dresses with sleeves are lovely too so go with whatever makes you feel most comfortable! I don’t have a sleeve but some of my tattoos were showing.

veganeh :  Oh my gosh, your Luke’s tattoo is my new favorite thing!! I’m currently wearing a sweatshirt with that exact design. And I assuming you’re vegan based on your username. I am as well. We should start a vegan GG fan club. 😂

niecyhasel23 :  OP, I’m also not usually a tattoo person but I really like yours. It’s extremely well done and very pretty.

Have you considered bringing in your tattoo into your dress on the day instead of hiding it? I’ve seen lots of bridal dresses where they get custom hand painted flowers on their dress.  I think this could be amazing idea for you.

niecyhasel23 :  your tattoo is GORGEOUS! don’t cover it up! I think brides with lots of tats look amazing. I really really wanted to start my half sleeve (planning on a black and white floral design) before the wedding because i would love to have it showing in my dress. unfortunately I don’t have the budget for it with all of the wedding expenses. however, I do have a fairly large forearm piece that I will proudly be rocking! I also plan on adjusting the back of my dress so my back tattoos will show.

don’t hide your art, it’s beautiful! and will pair so nicely with the contrast of a white dress!

I have a LOT of tattoos. They are part of who I am and I love them all. So, as a tattooed Bride, I say rock your ink with pride on your wedding day! Your tattoo is beautiful!

This is me, tattoos and all, at my first fitting on Friday. 😊

Both my wrists are tattooed, so I couldn’t have hid mine even if I’d wanted too, and my dress had sleeves. Your tattoo is seriously gorgeous, I’d make a feature of it!

Your tattoo is beautiful and part of you. Are there people who you are afraid will be critical at the wedding? I am and I have a small one on my wrist. But it’s part of me and I’m not going to hide it. I got it for a reason. However, I suggest trying on different dresses and see how you feel.

niecyhasel23 :  I have a lot of tattoos myself. They are all very dark black ink, and very eye catching. It’s just not a look I want for my wedding day, so I am planning to cover them. They are all on my back, so fairly easy to hide in day-to-day life, but my gown is strapless and would show about 4 1/2 of them. Since they are a totem, the way they’re cut off is very awkward visually. Additionally, they have some sacred and ritual meaning so I prefer to keep them private as a rule.

However, if I had YOUR tattoo, I would dress to accentuate it. It is so lovely and feminine, and the colors are gorgeous. I think you could absolutely choose a dress with some color that echoes what you have in the sleeve and have that turn out STUNNING.

I say make it part of displaying the beauty that you are!

Your tattoo is gorgeous. I vote flaunt it! And I second the PP who suggested making your bouquet compliment it.
