@An_idiot_a_bride:  You look gorgeous in your dress! And that’s not armpit fat, it’s actually the very top part of your boobies ๐Ÿ˜‰ I learned that from my “bra lady”, the owner of a little lingerie shop who knows pretty much everything there is to know about breasts. I had the same problem with a strapless dress I wanted to wear to a dressy event and came to her to find me a bra that would fix it. Instead she sent me to a seamstress to fix my dress! ๐Ÿ™‚

I agree with PPs, alterations are the way to go. And maybe some push-ups? You don’t need them but they can’t hurt ๐Ÿ™‚

I think you look great, and that is mostly skin and not “fat” -and that alterations can flatter that idea better.

That being said, doing dumbell flies and push ups can really tighten up that area – I’ve found that it’s helped make the tissue above/next to my breasts “firmer” and less wobbly.

Yeah, I agree with a PP.  It’s definitely breast tissue, not fat.  I’d go get a bra fitting at a good specialty bra store (like not Victoria’s Secret).  A great fitting bra, and dress alterations should fix the issue!

An_idiot_a_bride:  I don’t see any arm pit fat- just some skin pulling! It’s the way the dress is hitting you and a good alterationist should be able to fix it up no problem. No need to lose weight or diet- you look fabulous already! Great choice on the dress BTW!!!

I had the same issue…push ups did wonders!  Try to do as many as you can 3-4 times a week ๐Ÿ™‚
