I can’t see how they are constructed, but this very well may be something you could pay a seamstress to make. It might not save you much money per item (if any), but you could get it in a smaller quantity and have it made exactly to your specs.

I found a local seamstress on Thumbtack who is ridiculously cheap – it’s her side gig because she loves sewing. Worth a thought.

I was just googling them a bit more. I can’t tell how those specific ones are made, but some of the others look like individual petals sewn on. Is that right? And it looks like these are cut from taffeta?

The cutting might be the worst part… I bet they’re die cut on a mass scale. Hmmmm.
