Current: 135 – all though I’m much smaller now then I was at 118 pounds. Crossfit and running have gotten me in to shape and muscle weighs more then fat 🙂 Would like to be down to 130 though…still have some fat in the belly area, always the hardest to get rid of, ugh!

Height: 5′ 3″
lowesr weight depends on when you define “adult”. I was 110 through high school, when I was dieting most of the time. I gained a good deal of weight during college, and graduated college 135. I haven’t been much below 135 since, let’s say 133.
Highest weight was 2 1/2 years ago after an ankle injury and stress eating. I was 157 then. I’ve gotten down to 135 since, but have gained some of it back. I’m at 148 today.

Highest: 126 pounds (at the end of grad school)
Lowest: 110 lbs (after I had food poisoning last year)
Average: I tend to stick around 112-113.
Current: 113 (i wanted to be 110 for the wedding and be super strict about my diet, but i’ve been do busy it hasn’t gone *exactly* as planned. oh well, dress fits!)

Average: Haven’t been able to get below 140 since college but used to be a very solid 115. Went from size 1 to 4.

Highest: 140 (current weight give or take a couple pounds)
Lowest: 119 (after a bad breakup where I practically only consumed alcohol)
My average is around 135-140 but I’m working towards being more around 125-130.

Lowest: 109lbs – unemployed and working out 4x a week

Lowest: 93lbsin my early 20s (I used to have an eating disorder – at that point I literally ate once per week and exercised four hours per day five days a week – I had no energy to do much at all)
Average: 130 llbs …

lowest weight: 98 pounds. I was very, very ill with Crohn’s disease and days away from being hospitalized. I also dropped down to about 105 when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer but not from my treatments, I was just super depressed and not eating and living on Starbucks lattes. My lowest non-sick weight was about 110.
Average weight: 120 pounds so long as I’m flare free from Crohn’s. If I have a bad flare, I drop weight very quickly. My healthy weight range is anywhere from 117-127.

Highest: 185 (oops! I felt awful)
Lowest: 143 (looked awesome, felt great!)
Average: 160 (still looked good and felt good)
I’m now on 169, I’ve lost 13 so far! My goal is to get to 149 for the wedding!

Highest: 250 (struggling with medication side effect issues, and also I’ve fallen off the fitness wagon and am trying desperately to get back on!)
Lowest: 155 (in highschool, when I had mono and lost a lot of weight. I am tall and have a larger frame so I actually looked kind of sickly)
I wouldn’t really say that I have an average as my weight has been all over the place the last few years. I will lose some and then gain some back, etc.
I am seriously trying to get the issues under control and get back in to excercising as Darling Husband and I are planning to TTC next year and I want to be at a lower, healthier weight. I’d be happy at around 180-190, which on me is about a size 14

Age: 24 but a little over a week from 25
Lowest: depends on when you say adult, at 16 I weighed 140 lbs but at 18 weighed 165 lbs
Average: Tough to say, I was 180-190 for awhile then got up to 230 and been around there for the last few years (±10 lbs)
Current: 227, trying to lose some weight

Average: I’m usually around 143 lbs
ETA: I’m actually not sure if that’s correct – I’m starting to wonder if my kg to lbs converter is converting accurately. I’ve been reading the rest of the thread, and most some of the highest weights of other bees my height are lower than my lowest weight, and at my lowest weight I looked like a bit of a lollipop (large head, skinny body). I suppose weight distribution can make quite a significant difference between individuals, but I am still suspicious about my mathematics.

Highest: 173lbs This was when I was a sophomore in high school and struggling with pressure from school and work and stress ate a lot. Started some unhealthy disordered eating after this for several years.
Lowest: 139lbs I was this weight when I started college as a freshman. I actually don’t really remember what I looked like; I was more obsessed with the number. I know it’s bad to think that way, but wearing size 3 pants felt like a pretty big deal.
Average: About 160? I think. This is about where I’m at now and I’m really working to get down to 145-150, which is about where my gyno wants me to be.

Lowest: 125 lbs -right before college, and I’ve never gone back..
Average: I am typically around 135-140 lbs…all in my thighs and ass!
