It’s not our venue but it partners with our venue to provide cheaper room rates for our guests as well as a shuttle to and from the reception. However, their wedding coordinator will NOT call me back! I spoke to her in early summer to reserve a block of room and she had to email me a contract. It’s now January and I have still not received the contract!!! It’s really getting frustrating! I have called her multiple times and left many messages. This week, she sent me an email saying she’d call me on Tuesday but that didn’t happen. Now that I have her email, I can stalk her more…
This was a little bit of a rant but also a warning. I’m not sure how many wedding receptions they do there, but brides beware! Hopefully she’s a little better with other brides. Has anyone else dealt with this Hilton???

I have never dealt with them. Where is your wedding at? There are plenty of equivalent hotels in Willoughby Hills and Chagrin Blvd. I am sure they would be willing to meet or beat the price if you are expecting a decent number of overnight guests.

That is super weird…
i am using the Beachwood Hilton Garden Inn as an option for my guests to stay at, they have been very accomodating. Maybe see if that one will offer the shuttle to your venue? It’s not that much farther from Mayfield.

The hotel is already printed on the back of our reception cards or I would definitely find a new hotel. I’m worried that it’s all going to fall through. Almost half of our wedding is out of town, too. Ugh.
