@rupmh: Where are these dresses now and the what about the people (reference: names) you have spoken with?

Btw, did this happen in 2009?

@rupmh: Again, awful.

But this has consumed you for 2 years?

Fight them, but please move on and be happy. There are worse things than having a dress ruined and pictures ruined. There were other alternatives too. Your wife could have bought a brand new dress on the Island to wear.

Having the last two years as newlyweds “destroyed”, is not worth it.

Now you can’t get back your wedding NOR the last two years.

I completely understand the frustration of having the day be ruined, but to say it has ruined the last 2 years of your life is a little crazy. If the situation happened the way you say it did, an accident, holding on to anger for years won’t do any good. I would just try to move on.

@rupmh: did you by any chance have wedding insurance? If you booked  that hotel on your credit card.. try going through your cc company and disputing the charge. I know american express is always good with these things for me. I am so sorry you had  to go through this. Thanks for sharing

OMG how horrible! I am so sorry this happened to you. I will tell everyone I know that will travel there. I hope you wrote a bad review and I hope you win your law suit even though nothing can give you back the dream wedding you were supposed to have.Frown

@rupmh: do you mind sharing pics of the dresses? I am really curious!

This happened to a girl on SYYTD, does anyone remember? she ended up bringing her dress into kleindfelds in a big garbage bag?
