EyeCandy started a post about what our SO’s do that drive us nuts. (http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/hell-never-get-it?replies=49)
I’d like to see what we’ll all admit to doing OURSELVES, that drive our SO’s nuts!? Come on, no one is perfect! 🙂
Mine is that I tend to leave my top drawer open on my dresser…never all the way out, just slightly ajar. I don’t even realize when I do it! But it drives Fiance crazy!
Also, the bathroom counter is the bane of his existence…I try to keep it clean but I have such a hard time with this area!

I overstuff the washer, and never put the lids on things. He would tell you that is his biggest pet peeve.
I leave clothes in the dryer a couple days before folding them because I HATE FOLDING!

@ohheavenlyday: Me too! Or I will leave things in the washer for so long they dry out and I have to re-wash them, LOL.

Clutter. I like to leave things around in little piles and he HATES it. He’s slowly getting used to it though, muahaha!
Also, if I see a zit or blackhead, I have to squeeze it. I’m constantly attempting to “operate” on his back. He shouldn’t complain, his skin has cleared up so much since I started working on him!

Apparently I chew loudly (even though my mouth is closed). I don’t understand it and when I’ve tried to chew sloftly, he said it makes it worse!
I also say “pop” instead of “coke” and leave out various forms of “to be” in sentances when I speak!

I leave cups all over the end table and coffee table. When I’m in the kitchen, I always bring water with me to the living room, without using the original glass. By the end of the night there are 3-4 waters and all of them are mine! It drives him nuts, I think. 🙂

Bahahaha omg I’m the worst at that. I keep a bottle of vinegar in the laundry room SPECIFICALLY because I will accidentally leave clothes in the washer for a day and then I have to rewash them or they’ll smell like mildew :/

I leave my key in the door every night. When he walks in he always asks, “is this so your other boyfriend can get in.” I don’t mean to do it. I think its cuz my hands are always full and I want to get in and get the Michigan off asap.

I’m always moving stuff – like one week I’ll store the Ziploc bags in a drawer, then in a cupboard with the baking stuff, and the next week the bags will be on top of the fridge. I do this with other things, too, and then I get mad at him when he can’t find anything. He gets really upset when I use his chapstick and I put it somewhere other than the place he’d been keeping it. We’ve actually had fights about that and he complained to my Mom who then bought a case of Chapstick at Sam’s Club and sent it to us, ha

I forget to put the toothpaste cap on all the time! He hates that.
He doesn’t like where I store the measuring cups, he’s always looking for them and they’re always in the same place, but not the place he’d like them to be. He wants everything within arms reach of the counter! Sorry babe, can’t happen.
I also don’t clean up after my pets as much as he’d like me to. It was the source of many fights for a while, but I’ve been better. (Chinchillas are hard to pick up after so beware the cuteness!)

@Linz1231: Yep. Overstuffing the washer, big time. That’s gotta be his #1. Haha!

We eat a lot of veggies and I never, ever close the clear plastic bags that you put veggies in at the grocery store. He complains a lot about it, but I don’t see the problem.
He also complains a lot that I don’t work out enough. (Not that I’m fat, it’s just that he’s an athlete and thinks healthy people should work out daily. I disagree!)
He likes his sleep and I like to talk a lot before going to bed. I think we should leave half an hour every night to talk in bed, whereas he falls asleep on me.

My SO calls this wasting laundry soap, hence throwing money away, and I can’t agrue with him but I’m so guilty of it. I don’t know how many loads are rewashed.

The only thing he ever really complains about is that I move his stuff. But I can’t help it! I hate clutter! Oh. And I stuff my trash wrappers in the pockets on the side of his truck doors. Hehe. He HATES that!
