Do you have a DJ?  I’m not sure why you need to play music for his family…. are you assuming they like a specific type of music because they are Black?

Ah, I see.  Why don’t you ask your fiance what time of music he and his family likes?  The other thing to consider is what YOU like.  Music is kind of a universal language, so even if his family doesn’t speak Spanish and your family doesn’t speak English, that doesn’t mean that everyone can’t dance to the same music!

Don’t panic!  The DJ will be able to help you out.  He probably doesn’t need you to have a list of EVERY song he’s going to play.  Most DJ’s just want to know what type of music you like and want to hear.  He probably wants you to tell him any specific songs you want him to play.  For example, if there’s a song that has special meaning to you and your fiance, or to your parents, he wants to know about it so he can make sure to play it.  I doubt he wants an entire playlist, though.  Definitely don’t let it stress you out too much!
