Prong repairs are generally not that expensive, and be aware that it is something that will be ongoing for the life of the ring. Prongs wear down or get knocked out of place and have to be repaired. It actually looks to me like the ring was supposed to hold a larger stone and they put a smaller one in.

The ring isn’t a cluster, it’s a solitaire with side stones, or sometimes called accent stones.

1cat:  It’s so annoying, but I’ve learned that most places don’t like to give you a price quote without seeing it IRL! ugh. When are you planning on getting the ring? I would also set a budget for the repairs. It’s a beautiful ring and it sounds like you and Fiance love it so I would set a fairly high budget but if repairs are more than that then just reevaluate if you’re going to pay the extra costs or return it and keep looking.

Also, as stated above, prong repairs are relatively inexpensive. The stone is a good size, it shouldn’t be a problem to secure it more easily. And it’s not a cluster at all. It’s a heart shape with side stones and channel set diamonds on the shank.
