Umm  yes. I LOVE that store. Fiance will no longer go with me, it takes me way to long in there.

I don’t have Hobby Lobby 🙁 we only have Michael’s and Joann’s here….is there a big difference?

@chasesgirl: My guy refuses to go in now too!!!! I once spent 30 minutes picking out some fabric and when we got back in the car he turned to me with a serious face and said, ” That was my personal hell, please never take me there again.” haha,  boys.

@MsBrewer: Hobby Lobby is like Michaels on Steroids. They have a fabric section and a lot more home decor stuff as well.

I was just there last night! Yeah I’d say the difference is that Hobby Lobby has ALOT more home decor-type stuff. And it is almost always on sale.

Just picked up some DIY wedding projects and decorative nick nacks to put on display for the wedding. 🙂

Haha, Fiance refuses to go to Hobby Lobby with me. He’ll tolerate Michaels and Jo-Ann’s, but puts his foot down at Hobby Lobby. lol

I am obsessed with hobby lobby. there is a few where i live now, however by the time i am really gonna start planning i will be on the other side of the state where there are not any:( guess it gives me reasons to start now:)

Fiance loves hobby lobby too, he goes one way and i go the other.

I have a love-hate relationship with the place.  They are the only place I can find moss in sheet form (for my moss letters), but there are so many people loading their carts up with Chinese made junk that it kind of makes me sad.  It reminds me of the Christmas Tree Shoppes back home (not for Christmas stuff…just lots of cheap stuff).

Still, I love that sheet moss.  🙂

No Hobby Lobby in NYC. The nearest Michaels’ and Joans’ to where I live is about 45mins to an hour away on the Subway. So annoying!!!

One recently opened where I do my shopping (2 hours away from me).  I went through every aisle and really wasn’t all that impressed – between a huge awesome Joanns and Michael’s and AC Moore there really wasn’t much crafting stuff there that I  couldn’t find anywhere else.  I can see people liking the home decor stuff, but you can find all of that elsewhere, too.  Plus I don’t love that they’re closed on Sundays… I understand why, but often that’s my only day off.
