I don’t have a recipe to share, but I think toffee is a great idea!  It keeps longer than cookies and you can have a tiny piece and it would still feel decadent! 🙂

I did peppermint bark last year – turned out great, but I used fawncy chocolate from the King Arthur Flour catalog, so it was pricey. Worth it, though, I think.

Toffee sounds like a wonderful idea, too!

Meringues are excellent for people watching their weight!! I made peppermint meringues last year, and they were so cute!!!
