    If you work somewhere that is ok with these nails, then yes, they are really cute (i’m with you on the long/3D nails, though!). Overall, I think this is a really “young” trend – I wouldn’t expect to see these nails on anyone over the age of about 23. I would be laughed out of my workplace if I were to wear them. Very hard to be taken seriously with “xoxoxoxoxo” on your nails!

    I think some of those are cute and others less so (the long ones – ugh; really long nails skeeve me out), but I don’t think they’d be appropriate for many office environments. I’d expect to see these more on college-aged women.

    @DrTeeth:  She freaks me out!

    I can appreciate the work that goes into creating those super long, 3D nails, but they’re not my style. I would probably wear everything else. I’m known for my crazy nails!

    I think holiday nails can be cute as long as it’s subtle and not in your face. Granted, I never do anything with my nails. But a little holiday theme on someone else is okay!

    Always cute, sometimes tacky.

    Holidays are always a little tacky. That’s ok though, we can all handle a little tackiness sometimes. As long as it’s kept to the nails and not the whole outfit, I say go nuts!

    Not my style. But I think people are annoying and overboard in labeling things tacky. In the grand scheme of things it just nails and if someone likes it, I’n not going to bash it. Anytime I see a post with people calling fake nails tacky, not having a french manicure tacky, I just roll my eyes and ignore it.

    I love seeing my friends do these, they’re so cute. I woudln’t go along with them in a professional setting, but over the holidays I think it’s a really nice idea.

    Someone will always feel like something is tacky or cheap lol. I absolutely love all the cheesy/kitchy/cuteness of holiday nails. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m a very festive person so maybe thats why.

    Sometimes cute, sometimes tacky.

    The french tips with the little heart is cute. The easter ones are cute. The St. Patty’s ones are cute. A couple of the Halloween ones are cute.

    But the Christmas one you posted is tacky/hideous. And XOXO Valentine’s day one I would only see as appropriate if you’re in high school.

    If it’s subtle, then cute. If it’s too busy or in-your-face, that falls into the tacky realm for me if you’re an adult.

    @DrTeeth:  LOL oh my god is it weird that I think that sweater is cute…:) I’d probably only wear it around the house but your mom sounds awesome!
