Those are amazing! Thanks for sharing the photos! I’m starting my gumpaste and fondant class in June and I’m SO excited to learn how to make little figures like those guys! I love that bouquet at the end too, that’s incredible!

@RenoRose – In Canada (or at least in Ontario), most Michaels craft stores offer the Wilton Cake Decorating courses. The one I’m taking is a Wilton class, but I’m taking it at a kitchen/cake decorating store this time around where it’s a bit more…. serious. I have taken a few professional baking courses and I’d love to take more, I just have to find the time. Eventually I may end up with a bakers certificate but it’s not necessarily a goal I’m working towards at present. I’ve been cake decorating since I was old enough to hold an icing bag basically, but I’ve never learned fondant or gum paste, so no time like the present right?! I’m so excited to start!
