Those are lovely!  You can definitely replicate that look for less with shoeclips.

They are cute! It looks like Touch Ups brand. They are dyeable shoes.  I would have them dyed in the color that you want, add a peacock feather and some shoe clips.

@SweetRose2011: I don’t know if dye runs, however if it does the shoes on Etsy would have the same problem. Touch ups only sell their shoes in white dyeable satin, so the creator of the shoes must have dyed them herself or sent them out to get dyed.

If it helps, I bought Touch Ups and had them professionally dyed through a bridal shop. They do bleed. Here’s how they looked after tromping through wet grass for an hour:

I found an Etsy seller does custom-designed shoe clips.  I think the seller you were looking at actually uses her clips.  The shoe clips only cost $36.  You can probably find thos D’orsay style shoes fairly easy.
