We’re still way too far out from the wedding to be getting much, but I went back and forth between excited and overwhelmed when I saw someone had bought both the mixer (we registered for the pro version which is a little more expensive than the standard Artisan) and the ice cream attachment.  Oh my gosh–and so early, too!  I’m still in shock 3 weeks later!

AW! I was excited about our coffeepot! 150.00 seems like a lot of money! (well it is). I am reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly hoping I get my candyapple Kitchenaid mixer! Shower is 3 weeks away!

I keep looking at the first registry I’ve done for my shower on the 25th (in Kentucky – my hometown), the invites just went out Friday (it’s a small town, everyone had their invites THAT day), but I’m not seeing anything just yet. Once we get back from Kentucky, we’re doing our registry for the shower here — Bed Bath and Beyond and Target, so I’ll be excited then too!

We put a PS3 on the registry for the shower in KY — I’m not gonna hold my breath too long on that one:)

Haha oh man…I have been really naughty with my registry. I check it almost every day. I have slowed down since the shower, though.

I do feel a little guilty when I see that someone bought our china (at $165 per SET.) but otherwise I’m just really excited for all of our beautiful gifts from our generous guests 🙂

I’m freaking out and don’t quite know how to handle receiving some of the gifts!  Very little has been purchased thus far off of our registry, however we have received the little notecards people fill out at the store for 3 purchases.

My partner’s aunt has purchased us the china teapot AND the creamer AND the sugar!  It’s way, way too much!  I feel like writing a thank you that says I very much appreciate the thought, but really, it’s okay, you can return some of it, it’s too much!  I won’t… but that’s how I feel!

Another friend was quite generous too, plus he’s already taking vacation time and flying in from way up north!
