@littlemisst08: My favorite gray is Benjamin Moore Rockport Gray, we started by painting our living room that color, and loved it so much we painted several other rooms and hallways that same gray – it’s a nice warm gray that will blend well with a lot of different colors. Personally I’d go for the Bridesmaid or Best Man Rockport Gray paint on the walls and buy some toss pillows (as it sounds you’re planning on!) to dress up the couch a little more. Also, I know you have carpet in there but what about adding an area rug, to bring some more color into the room? There are lots of rug sales on sites like One King’s Lane, and you could get a cute Moroccan print to bring some color and pattern into the room!

@littlemisst08: I went to school for Interior Design, however contrary to popular belief they don’t teach you how to pick paint colors and throw pillows 😛 However, I do love rennovations and picking colors that work well together and I have always thought when in doubt go with Taupe! It is a greyish beigeish beautiful with almost anything color! Below is obviously a bedroom but you can see kinda an example and it has grey curtains..just a thought, good luck!!
