I like Nike Training Club, they have good stuff. Also second Fitness Blender.

I also vote for 21 day fix 🙂  The workouts fit into the mix you described and love the nutrition piece 😉

You’ve gotten some great ideas already–I love Fitness Blender for sure! Insanity workouts are TOUGH but they definitely meet your 30 min criteria, as do the 21 day fix workouts. Another app to consider is the 12 Minute Athlete HIIT Workouts app. It has a red logo with the number 12 in it. Its $2.99 but you can customize it by which eqipment you have and it does a workout with a timer/countdown.

I love Jillian Michaels! I have done the 30 day shred. In July I roated 2 of her DVD’s – Burn Fat Boost Matabolism (cardio) and No More Trouble Zones (strength). For the month of August I did (am doing) Ripped and 30 and 6 week 6 pack. 6 week 6 pack is probably my favorite so far!

throwaway3131:  What did you decide on? I rotate between working out at home and at my gym. I think I am going to purchase one of the fitness plans from Fitness Blender because I love their videos and think I would benefit from the purposefully scheduled workouts 🙂
