I’m using escort card frames like these :

and for the actual seating card, I made these which double as dj request cards, I’ll stand them up using a cork like the picture below it.

I made ours. I used an Avery template and trimmed the paper to fit and cut card stock to be larger. Then I scored the card stock and handed the names and tents to good friends who had offered to help! Gave them a glue stick and they gave them back all done two days later! Friends (and recent brides who UNDERSTAND) rock! If you want the dimensions, I’m sure I could look them up, but I figured them out by googling it anyway.

ETA: my guillotine paper cutter was vital. I used pearlized paper and card stock that I’d used in our invites as well as for all of our signage.
