I rarely bake (diabetic). I use inexpensive vanilla extract to tone down the smell of colored paint. Lemon extract for white/off white paint. I believe it’s 1 tablespoon per gallon.

I am biased because we are doing infused olive oil for our wedding favors! We are doing rosemary, chili peppers and something else I don’t know. My Fiance went to culinary school- so it’s his thing, lol. I know you just have to make sure any herbs are used are dehydrated or else your guests can get botulism- just a friendly tip! We are putting an expiration date on our tags (6 months after it is made).

I bake a lot, so giving out vanilla would make sense for me (like it makes sense for your Fiance to do olive oil).
Thanks for the advice…didn’t know about that. still plan to research how to do it of course.
