I’m definately not positive but

I believe the first one would be -8/4-2X which would simplify to -4/2-x

The second would be 2/3p^2-p which might simplify to 2/2p^2…..then further to 1/p^2

Try (-7x – 2) / 4x   for the first problem, there are many ways of writing the same answer in “simplified terms”
