I’ve been hearing more and more about this company and people talk about how cute the stuff is, but I want to know if the diapers actually WORK. They can be as cute as a bug but if they leak then I want nothing to do with them lol. Anyone here have experience with the diapers that can share an opinion?

YES! I’ve been using these diapers for about 9-months now, my daughter is 13-months. I can truly say she’s never had a leak or a blowout, and she sleeps 12 hours at night. (Edited to qualify that she’s never leaked out of these diapers. As a newborn she had leaks and blowouts all the time!) And yes, the patterns are super cute, although the seasonal ones you can only get about one order before they sell out. I think the diapers run small, based on the size chart she should be in a 3, but she’s been wearing size 4 for a few months now. I highly recommend them.

RoundtreeBee: Thank you for responding! I know diapers can be so hit or miss depending on the brand so good to know that these work for you and your baby 🙂 Do you think the value was ok too? I saw that its like 80 dollars for a diaper/wipes bundle and I don’t know if that is a decent price. I’m due in June so this is all pre-baby research that I’m doing!

I’ve been thinking about using these, too. I’ve been asking all the parents I know how much they spend on diapers and everyone I’ve asked said they spend more than $80. I’d love to hear from moms who’ve used them.

cali_cat: We tried them, we didn’t like them. The diapers leaked for my son. The wipes are not good in my opinion and dry out quickly. I also felt they were very expensive. My son actually does better with Target and Parent’s Choice brand diapers which are about 1/3 the price of Honest Company. I did however really like the Honest Company soaps and cleaning products. The bundle for that was worth it in my opinion.

I work at a preschool and I’m not a fan. I think there are cheaper brands that do a much better job.

We tried them and they leaked for my guy. I think like all diapers they are hit-or-miss depending on the baby. Get the 10-diaper sample and see if they work for you. I like the company and get cleaning supplies through them, but the diapers were a no-go (we mostly use cloth, so they were back-up). We now use costco brand as back-up.)

cali_cat: I’m surprised so many others don’t care for them! In terms of value, the bundle is basically six packs of diapers (varying quantity based on size) and four packs of wipes. You are getting the wipes free. You get 25% off three other products with your order, so you could order more diapers. The wipes aren’t enough for a month, so we supplement with Costco. Yes, you could go to Walmart and buy a super pack of generic diapers for, actually I don’t know the cost but cheaper surely. Honest diapers are made with sustainably harvested pulp and less chemicals, to me, that’s worth the extra cost. We started my daughter on Pampers and she would make a big fuss any time she wet her diaper, if she was awake we were changing her every 30 mins. When I switched to Honest diapers she stopped the fussing immediately, I believe there was something irritating her in the other diapers (we tried Huggies too). They are definitely worth trying!

I’ve been using them for about a week, and really love them so far! I find them to be the perfect cross between pampers and huggies. They have the “softer” fit like pampers, and they also have the elasticized waist at the back like huggies to help prevent up-the-back blowouts. And the designs are SO SO cute 🙂

I’ve been using them for several months, and I’m a fan! They are just so gosh darn cute! It seriously makes me smile every time I change a diaper. I’m a little crazy and even try to coordinate the diaper pattern with what my son is wearing that day.
As far as how they function, they hold up pretty well. I haven’t had any leaks or blowouts, except one time, and that was solved by going up a diaper size.
I think the price is comparable to other eco-friendly diapers, but more expensive than Luvs, Huggies, etc. For me, the cuteness and lack of chemicals make it worth it. I actually really like their wipes too. They are very thick, so I can use less of them to clean a messy diaper.

Honest Co. diapers work very well.
Leaks are not an issue, and they contain poo very well. Sometimes I’m surprised at how well they hold in the mess.
The lack of chemicals is great. I noticed a difference immediately when it came to rashes, redness, and irritation. The little one I watch has sensitive skin, and the Honest Co. diapers do not irritate her bottom. They work very well when she sleeps, too.
The patterns are really nice, and so cute.
I highly recommend Honest Co. diapers and products.

I didn’t personally buy any of the Honest Co. diapers but we did get given a pack of newborn size ones as a gift for our shower so we used them up when we got home from the hospital. I did like them but it’s kinda hard to make a full judgment on any diapers at this point since our LO isn’t doing enough to leak out of any brand quite yet. (Only time her diaper leaked was when we ran out of newborn size and wanted to see if she could fit in the size 1’s that we have a bazillion of before having to buy any. Oops. )
The designs are cute though!
