I’m in search of the perfect wedding ring to match my e-ring! I’m currently loving this set (pictured below) but am wondering if I should go thinner on the wedding band. My e-ring diamond is a half carat.
Would love your honest opinion, please let me know!
Thanks so much

I think it looks too thick! A thinner band might complement more. Lovely eriing!!

I agree with PP a thinner band will compliment your e ring better.

Both rings look lovely separately, but the wedding band looks bulky when they are together.

Thanks ladies! I was loving the chunky look since my e-ring is so thin (2mm). I want “more” on my finger so that’s why I was drawn to this 3.5mm band. Maybe 3mm would be better though.

I think they look gorgeous together! definitely more presence than a thinner wedding band, like you say. Also, looking at the second picture, I don’t think they’re overwhelming on your hand/ fingers either. Looks just right 🙂

I actually really like them together…

My set is similar, 2.3mm three stone ring and a 3.2mm channel set wedding band. I like the look because the wedding band has a bit of presence. I the band in the photo the right size for you? If it’s too big that might also be making the proportions look off. Try a thinner band and see if you like it but I think this set looks good too

A thinner band would let your e ring pop more but as you want presence on your finger I think you should go for it as it certainly works in this way.

I the wee band as a stand alone but I think you need thinner with your ering

If you want more weight, maybe go with several thinner bands?

I agree with PP- both rings are beautiful, but I think the wedding band overwhelms your ering a bit. I you want more finger coverage, you could try two thin bands on each side. Another option would be a band that has a shape that takes up more room, like the crisscross band in this picture:

I am not a huge fan of channel set. I would try a shared prong diamond band

I actually really like them together! I’d go for it
