I’m new to weddingbee boards but making up for lost time reading all the great threads!
This is the dress I’ve pretty much decided upon but I’m second guessing myself and just want to get some opinions.
Obviously just a stock picture, that’s not me 🙂

I really like it…although I wonder if it has a train at all? you might regret having no train..other than that, she’s lovely…you could have so many accessory options with this gown.

@fresitachulita: Yeah that’s one of my concerns..I thoguht I didn’t want a train cause I’m getting married in a garden but now I’m worried that I won’t feel as bride-y without one 🙁
Thank you for your opinions!

I think it’s beautiful! Do you have any pictures of you in the dress?

It’s a beautiful dress.. but I’m afraid it’s the type of dress that will only look nice on very slender people. I have no idea what size you are.. but I’m a size 6 and personally wouldn’t feel comfortable in it.

Beautiful! Do you have pictures of what you look like in it?

@littlepossum: Ok your wearring a white lace gown to the floor and are worried you wont feel bridal. Im planning on having my train cut off. I cant be bothered with the grass stains and then the bustle and all that stuff.
@ForeverBlessed: Your a size 6 not a 24. I think even if you dont think youd look good in a dress like that you should try some on because you might be surprised.

It’s beautiful and I wouldn’t worry about the train. It’s so bulky and will just get filthy from dancing and photos or anything outside! It’s definitely still a pretty wedding dress!

@Ms.GoodEarth: Only bad ones haha, the dress was several sizes too big so had to be pinned..when i am next with my camera though I’ll put one up!
@ForeverBlessed: I’m an NZ 6-8 which I think is US 4-6..I actually think that the model could do with filling the dress out a little more haha!
@naturalysam: Hahaha yeah, i think it’s just the whole walk down the aisle with the train behind you which is so gorgeous..but probably not the biggest deal in the world to not have! And yeah I wasn’t keen on having to bustle a dress.

@littlepossum: Hey fellow New Zealander 🙂 Very cute! With a simpler dress you can definitely do a lot more with jewellery and accents without it being too much. Love lace dresses as well – you could always have lace edging on your veil as well if you wanted or the plain chapel length is very too!
