I didn’t see where you said the bra was ill fitting. But, being pregnant, you will still need the bust adjusted which is something I also commented on.

That is a great idea, I think that would help the bust a lot.
So your wedding is in 1-2 months so you won’t grow too much especially since you will still be 16 weeks or so. But that doesn’t give you mch time if you are looking to for a different dress. I would keep this one and maybe open it up some at the top like julies1949 suggested

I’m not a big fan of this dtess on you. Since you are pregnant I would recommend maybe an informal empire gown. They are light weight and is very comfy and plenty of room for your growing belly.
