I love cruises! I have been on two and I think I might have Fiance ready to go on one for our honeymoon. I have always booked through a travel agent and feel like we have gotten a good deal. My first cruise was the southern caribbean and I liked it a lot. The stops were St. Maarten, St. Lucia and St. Kitts. The next cruise I went on was Cozumel, Costa Rica and Panama. Didn’t really like the stops that well. If I were to choose stops it would be either Jamaica, Grand Cayman or St. Thomas.

@Lunakim77: I went on a cruise last May.  It was awesome.  Wonderful food, great beaches but LOTS of going, going, going!  If you are intersted in a honeymoon where you are being adventurous and busy, I say it’s a go.  If you just want to relax, maybe not.

We want to go on a cruise to Alaska for our honeymoon… but the wedding is in January, so it isn’t going to happen until later in the year when it is safe to go. 🙂

love cruises! Fiance and I do an annual trip every year and the first year we dated we drove to miami and did a cruise to keywest and cozumel , i have been on a few others with my parents as well.

have you ever thought of flying into PR and doing a cruise from san juan? you can reach some of those hard to get to carribean islands that way!

or a mediterrainean cruise would be awesome!

Well, if you want to relax, but still see some places, you can always go on a cruise with very few stops. I have been on two eight-day cruises that only had three stops each, so we had four days at sea. Very nice and relaxing!
