So I just got married in September. We moved right after our wedding, so we had to delay our honeymoon. We’re looking to book a cruise sometime next year. Are there any specific cruise lines for honeymoons/adults only? We’ve been trying to plan, but have never been on a cruise before so we’re lost.

Honestly, I didn’t even notice any kids on our Carnival cruise. I believe Crystal Cruises runs adults-only, but I’ve never heard of them before a little searching. I’d head over to cruisecritic.com and ask over there. 🙂

We are going on a cruise for our honeymoon, have been on NCL and this one will be carnval. The smaller cruise lines (one boat, with less then 1000 passengers might be adutl only, I know there are a few private lines in the carribean that are adults only but you pay for it!
On our 2 cruises, we never had any issues, and I work with kids so I didnt want to be around them on my holiday!!!

Thanks ladies! I’m going to have to do more research.

I’d recommend Celebrity. It’s all about quality fodd & service. It’s not an adults only, but it doesn’t attract them either.
Head to cruise critic for in depth information. Have fun!

As PPs have said, Cruise Critic is a great place to get some information.
Longer cruises tend to have fewer kids on them since they’d have to be out of school for so many days; so maybe look for a non-weekend cruise 5 days or longer. I love NCL and Royal Caribbean, will be getting married on Carnival (never cruised with them but I liked their wedding packages the most), and will be honeymooning on Royal Caribbean. Never had any serious problems with kiddos on my 5+ cruises.

Cruise Critic all the way! I’ve been on Celebrity and Carnival, and we’re taking our honeymoon on Carnival. I have so much fun on them, and, like PP said, I never really noticed any kids on them!

You can do Carnival or RCI just don’t go when school is out (So avoid March-April and summer months)
I’d say go for Celebrity. Luxury for an affordable price.
