@becky2198: I voted “wouldn’t bother me but I wouldn’t do it.” I’m an etiquette stickler, but I’d rather get the bride and groom something they’ll actually use. Can you set up a honeymoon fund online (like Paypal)? That way you can keep track of who gives for thank you card purposes, and guests won’t feel pressured to give. It’s not perfect, but I think people might be less offended or uncomfortable.
